Tom Messina, General Contractor for over 20 years, oversees every job personally. The specific details on a daily basis are of utmost importance to us and lead to the overall success of your project. Your builder, Tom Messina, not someone else, always handles any questions. Lastly, we limit the amount of projects going at any one time so that each and every client and project gets this special personalized attention.
We arrive at a more accurate bid price because of the quality time spent with our clients prior to building. We personally walk you through your floor plan. Most of our clients work with us while they are having their plans created. The beginning of this relationship and walk-through includes going out and introducing you to our trade partners who will work with you to choose the specific items for your home (i.e.: lighting, cabinets, flooring, etc.). By offering you this personalized service we can then assemble a more accurate bid. We give you peace of mind knowing what you’ll be spending before your project begins.
Building Relationships
Our relationship with you begins when we first meet and start to learn of your upcoming project. A Letter of Commitment between Messina Construction and you, the client, is required to begin our extensive bidding process. Our clients have found our bids, in comparison, to be more accurate and complete due to our extensively, organized process and the walk- through we conduct with our trade partners.
Our fee is disclosed to you up front with your bid. All bids are shown and shared with you, the client. This has shown to be a benefit to our clients because many builders give a lump sum pricing without showing individual subcontractor bids.
